Math can become your child's favorite subject.
From kindergarten to calculus, on what your child's own school is teaching.

In grades 6 to 8, math gets noticeably harder. Negative numbers, equations and the basics of algebra appear. Every new topic rests on what your child learned before, and even small gaps start to show.
At this age it's important not to let your child fall behind and lose confidence. So we find and close the gaps, while helping with the current school topics and preparing for tests.
Elementary school: strong foundations, and enjoying it.
Young children find it hard to stay focused on problems for long, especially when math seems boring to them. So we spend about half the lesson in a game format, to get your child interested and help them enjoy the lessons.
The other half goes to regular school work: we learn to write solutions down properly, do the calculations and solve problems the way school expects.
The early grades lay the foundation for all the math that comes after: numbers, the four operations, fractions and decimals.
High school: every course, every big exam.
It's hard to make a teenager study math when they aren't interested. The older the child, the less coaxing and reminders work.
That's why it matters so much to find a tutor your teen gets along with. A tutor they respect and trust, and whose lessons they look forward to.
Keeping pace with the school curriculum.
We follow your child's own school curriculum. We go over the topics they're covering in class right now, help with the hard assignments, and prepare them for upcoming tests and exams.
To prepare, we use real questions from past exams, including ones from your child's school district and state.
Your first lesson is free. Not a trial, a real lesson.
Your child spends a full 50 minutes with a tutor, works through a new topic, and gets to try our way of teaching.
And you get to see how comfortable your child is with the tutor, and whether they enjoy the lessons.
After the lesson, we tell you what your child already does well, where the gaps are, and what to work on next.
No obligation. Just come, meet us, and see whether it's right for your child.
