How we teach English.
Your child reads, not the tutor.
They read aloud, take turns or echo the tutor, and stop to check they understood. Giving the answer is the tutor's last resort.
The question comes first.
Before reading, your child knows what they're reading to find out. So they read with a purpose, and learn to find the clues on their own.
Every answer backed by evidence.
On a multiple-choice question, your child checks each choice against the text, marks it right or wrong, and says why in their own words.
Grammar, explained with a picture.
When a rule is missing, the tutor pauses, draws a timeline and works through a few sentences, then goes back to the question. "Can we add 'yesterday'?" is how a child tells two tenses apart.
Sentences of their own.
After every grammar or vocabulary lesson, your child writes a few sentences of their own. It's what makes new words and rules stay.
Mistakes show what they already know.
A child who writes "goed" already knows that -ed makes the past. The tutor says so first, then shows that "go" is the exception.
The same method as our math.
The same carefully chosen tutors, the same interactive lessons, and the same way of teaching: your child does the thinking, and no one is told "wrong".
Your first lesson is free. Not a trial, a real lesson.
Your child spends a full 50 minutes with a tutor, works through a new topic, and gets to try our way of teaching.
And you get to see how comfortable your child is with the tutor, and whether they enjoy the lessons.
After the lesson, we tell you what your child already does well, where the gaps are, and what to work on next.
No obligation. Just come, meet us, and see whether it's right for your child.
